PT NISSIN FOODS INDONESIA (President: Nobutoshi Takeda), a subsidiary of NISSIN FOODS HOLDINGS CO., LTD. (President and Representative Director, CEO: Koki Ando), in a joint relief effort with the World Instant Noodles Association (WINA), donated 100,000 servings of GEKIKARA pas (bag-type instant noodles) to victims of the earthquake that occurred in Java, Indonesia on November 21, 2022 via a local volunteer group.

About WINA

World Instant Noodles Association (WINA) was founded in 1997, for the purpose to improve the quality of instant noodle products, to promote the consumption and the industry's development, and to contribute to the diet of people all over the world. WINA is a world-wide industry association comprising 141 companies/organizations from 25 different countries/regions. Because instant noodles play an important role as emergency relief in times of crisis, such as natural disasters, etc., WINA has been cooperating with its member companies around the world to provide emergency food aid. At the 6th World Instant Noodles Summit Osaka in 2008, the association established the "WINA Disaster Relief Fund" in order to provide further emergency food aid.
