NISSIN FOODS HOLDINGS has been selected to be a Constituent of the Dow Jones Best-in-Class World Index for the Sixth Consecutive Year
The Dow Jones Best-in-Class Indices are a global index selected by S&P Dow Jones Indices focused on ESG investment. Since 1999, it has assessed the sustainability of the world's leading companies annually by investigating and analyzing their governance & economic, environmental and social performance.
The World Index is a global index that assesses approximately 3,500 leading companies in both developed and developing countries; in 2026, 317 companies, including six companies (of which three are Japanese companies) in the Foods category, were selected as constituents.
The Company received the highest ratings in the categories of Materiality and Business Ethics in the governance & economic dimension, Energy, Packaging, Waste & Pollutants, Water, and Climate Strategy in the environmental dimension, and Labor Management and Human Capital Management in the social dimension.
The Company was also selected as a constituent of the FTSE JPX Blossom Japan Index, FTSE JPX Blossom Japan Sector Relative Index, MSCI Nihonkabu ESG Select Leaders Index, and S&P/JPX Carbon Efficient Index, Morningstar Japan ex-REIT Gender Diversity Tilt Index, which are ESG indices adopted by the Government Pension Investment Fund (GPIF), while also being selected for the world-class ESG investment index, and FTSE4Good Index Series*2.
